Celebrating 25 years of dedication and success: Tove’s journey at HAGS!
We are thrilled to celebrate a truly remarkable milestone: Tove Due has officially reached her 25th year with HAGS! Her career is a story of dedication, growth, and endless contributions that have shaped both our team and our business.
A Journey Through the Years
Tove’s adventure with HAGS began back on March 1, 1999, when she joined as a salesperson for District 1, covering Skåne, Blekinge, Kalmar County, up to Oskarshamn (including Öland!). As the team grew, so did her focus, eventually narrowing to just Skåne in 2010.
In August 2018, she took on the role of Project Manager for HAGS Academy, driving forward new initiatives and training programs. However, as with many things, the pandemic brought changes, and in 2019, she transitioned into the role of ASM for the Nordic & Baltic regions.
Most recently, in January 2023, Tove took the reins as RSM for Core Market, where she continues to lead with the same enthusiasm and expertise that has defined her career from the start.
Fun fact: through all these roles, Tove has worked remotely, bringing her expertise straight from her home office!
Always Learning, Always Leading
Tove’s commitment to training and development has always been a constant. Since 2000, she has played a key role in training Inspectors, and she’s been certified for Playground Inspections since 2005. She even extended her expertise to outdoor gyms, making sure our products are safe and fun for all!
The Most Fun Part? It’s All About the People!
When asked what has been the most enjoyable part of her time here, Tove had a hard time picking just one thing! She’s loved the variety of challenges that have come her way, but what stands out the most are the customer meetings. Working together with customers on diverse projects, across different cultures and countries, has been incredibly rewarding. And of course, let’s not forget the amazing colleagues who make her job easier and more fun every day!
