    My Product Collection

    To add a product simply click on Add to my collection on any product page. Once you have added products to a collection you will be able to print a product catalogue, download installation guides, images and DWG files or request a quote.

      Prices and Offers

      Any prices or specific or general offers displayed at Site are not fixed, but only by HAGS suggested and/or recommended prices and offers. Please contact your local/national dealer to obtain further and precise information regarding valid prices and/or offers.

      Payment

      Invoice 10 days net from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
      Full or partial prepayment may occur.

      Delivery Conditions

      Shipping is added.
      The customer is responsible for unloading goods upon delivery. Unloading can be ordered separately against a charge.

      Packaging

      Costs for pallets and pallet collars may be added.

      Assembly time

      The assembly time is stated in working hours and refers to the assembly of the tool.
      The assembly time does not include ground work, casting and unpacking. Assembly is not included in the product price. Assembly must be carried out by personnel with the required knowledge and carried out according to HAGS's attached instructions in accordance with the current standard.

      Claim

      Missing or damaged goods must be noted on the waybill and reported within 30 days from
      the reception. Complaints about goods due to construction defects are accepted according to the current warranty conditions, read more about warranty conditions.
      Complaints about goods can be made via e-mail to claim@hags.com, note in the case, contact person, contact details, order number and attach images that prove the complaint

      Return of goods

      For returned goods, 80% of the invoiced amount is refunded. When returning the product, it must be unused, undamaged and well packaged in order for a refund to be made. Returns can be made no later than 3 months after the invoice date. Customer special/special ordered goods are not returned/refunded, unless specifically agreed with the responsible seller, in which case a maximum of 25% of the invoiced amount will be refunded.
      All HAGS playground equipment is certified according to SS EN 1176 by TÜV SÜD Hamburg. Certificates can be downloaded from our website.
      We reserve the right for possible price changes and printing errors.

      Special conditions, HAGS Assembly

      When ordering assembly/contracting, HAGS will return separately with a confirmed installation date.
      HAGS reserves the right to charge extra costs if delivery or installation is changed by the customer less than 7 working days before the scheduled delivery/installation date.

      At HAGS Assembly, i.e. installation of equipment without ground work, only installation of equipment supplied by HAGS is included. No disposal or recovery included. Packaging is ordered separately against a charge.
      HAGS Entreprenad includes installation of equipment supplied by HAGS as well as ground work according to a previously provided quote. HAGS Entreprenad includes removal packaging, disposal of waste and restoration of the offered mounting surface.

      In the event of conditions deviating from the written quote/order, HAGS reserves the right to charge these costs separately, for example in the case of excavation and completion of extra masses/surfaces, non-excavable masses such as foundations, rock, stone, vandalism and theft. Ground conditions not specified by the customer that require extra work, for example district heating, fiber, electricity, lighting, drains, wells, slopes, trees, fences, slats, edges, gates, obstacles and access roads.

      The customer is responsible for demolition of existing equipment, blasting, drainage, installation of cables, fencing, handling of contaminated masses, machine/vehicle for unloading during delivery of goods and possible storage and transport to workplace.
      The customer is responsible for adequately performed ground work when installing artificial grass, cast-in-place rubber covering, Safagrass and rubber tiles. Weather conditions must be taken into account when installing these substrates.

      Lines to Arenas are not included and must be ordered separately.
