Painting Systems
- Utilization of Teknos and PPG water based paints.
- Regular monitoring of paint viscosity, dry mass, and layer thickness.
- Increased paint layer thickness to 80µm for enhanced durability, following long-term testing.
Improved Efficiency
- Redesigned hanging hooks for optimal paint coverage.
- Additional spray nozzles in painting booths.
- Adjusted line speeds for consistency in small and large lines.
Wooden Product Applications
Our wet paint technology ensures protection across a range of products:
- Playground Elements

Key Customer Maintenance Insights
Regular Care is Essential: Paint manufacturers Teknos and PPG emphasize routine maintenance to preserve paint coatings.
Damage Repair: Prompt repair of scratches or mechanical damage prevents water penetration and rotting.
Inspection & Maintenance Instructions: Comprehensive guidelines for customers to maintain the wood surface in optimal condition.
Innovation Through Testing and Analysis
Long-Term Testing (since October 2022): Periodic inspections of paint layer thickness and surface condition on benches and tables exposed to various weather conditions.
Key Findings:
- Thicker layers (80µm) provide better durability.
- Protection under roofing significantly slows down degradation.
- Transparent paints with UV protectors are under testing for improved results.
