At the magical Kurozwęki Palace in Poland, dreams have come true with the creation of a stunning castle-themed playground for visitors.
About the estate
Managed by Aurore Strapart and her husband, Michal Popiel, the historical Kurozwęki estate in Swietokrzyskie, Poland, spans 450 hectares and has been in the family since the 14th century. The estate employs around 100 people in the summer and 65 during the off-season. Their businesses include:
- The only bison farm in Poland, housing 85 bison
- A 14th-century building hosting events like weddings and seminars
- A world-class Arabian horse farm with approximately 80 horses, including those of the Saudi Royal family
- Milk production, supplying 800,000 liters annually to the Włoszczowa cooperative
Enhancing guest experience
Two years ago, Aurore, being of Belgian and French descent and a mother of three boys, noticed that while half of their 100,000 annual guests had young children, the existing playground was disused, inadequate, and potentially hazardous due to overhanging trees. At the same time, she opened the first craft beer brewery in the region, Aurore Strapart Browar.
Impressed by HAGS' professionalism
Determined to enhance the guest experience, Aurore and her team evaluated proposals from six companies for a new playground within their budget. HAGS stood out for their professionalism and excellent English communication. Their proposal was within budget and superior to others, offering exceptional advice and timely installation despite COVID-19 challenges.
Overjoyed with the new playground
HAGS incorporated a smart multimedia element, the NEOS Arc, into the playground, fulfilling Aurore's vision. The final result exceeded expectations, delighting both guests and Aurore's children. The flexibility of the UniPlay system allows for future expansions, which are already being discussed.
In summary, the experience with HAGS was marked by exceptional human contact, high standard professionalism, high quality products, and innovative solutions.
