This outdoor gym provides squats, lunges, rowing and shoulder press in two stations with different resistance. As standard, this outdoor gym is constructed with fixed locked weight plates. The 8-sided weight discs of 5 kg each are adapted for outdoor use and are manufactured in Sweden. With the Multistation, 2 + 6 pcsfixed weight plates as standard and together with the torque arm's fixed weight of 15 kg it becomes as standard a weight resistance of 25 kg on one side and 45 kg on the other side.
