Wooden Fitness Body Power X

This outdoor gym provides exercises with weight plates, such as squats, leg presses, lunges, rows and shoulder presses, as well as exercises where your body weight is the resistance. With Kroppskraft X, 8 fixed weight plates are included and together with the torque arm's fixed weight of 20 kg, it provides an opportunity to adapt the weight to it exercise you want to practice. Lockable bracket for weight plates is next to the station. Body Power X offers two people to train at the same time on a relatively small surface. With simple traditional exercises and a station for weight plate exercises, this outdoor gym is well suited for both beginners and experienced exercise enthusiasts.
